I offer Faith-based Integrative Couples and Family Systems Therapy interventions to assist couples, families and individuals in healing and reaching their goals. One additional dimension I offer to my clients is the Splankna Technique, a Faith-based mind/body/spirit technique that is in a sense, a mechanical approach to emotional problems. This technique recognizes that the physical body overlaps with the emotional and spiritual dimensions of a person. Where these dimensions of personhood overlap, deep understanding and growth can take place.
What is Splankna Therapy? An effective healing approach to whole life living! Christian mind-body work is a very direct approach to emotional and other problems one is having in their current life. The client does not need to necessarily identify specific traumatic or negative events from their past, it is already held in their subconscious, therefore, by using both the benefits of traditional talk therapy, and the Splankna approach, one's process of healing can be more effective when completed through this mind, body, spirit protocol.
